1. Vertical Mouse

 The vertical mouse may help you from twisting your wrist and arm so much which could lead to carpel tunnel. I'm not going to lie, I just bought mine and it's taking some time to get used to. It feels more natural than a traditional mouse to have my arm in a neutral stance using the vertical mouse, but I still find myself switching back and forth between each mouse. Maybe after after a year or so, the vertical mouse will be what I mainly use.

2. Computer Glasses

 I bought some 'blue light glasses' a couple of years ago and I've noticed less strain on my eyes. The science doesn't seem to be settled on computer glasses, but from my experience, computer glasses do seem to alleviate stress on my eyes since I stare at a desktop screen, tablet screen and iPhone screen all day.

3. Standing Desk

 It's been said that sitting is the new smoking, and though that may be an extreme statement, there is some truth there. You see, we sit when we drive, we sit when go to the movies, at the sports game, classroom, at home on the couch, at the desk etc. etc. And all that sitting plus the fact that half of Americans will reach obesity in 10 years, can't be good in the long run. Enter the standing desk. I use mine 80% of the day and sit the remaining. It took some time getting used to, but its definitely helped my back. Do you sit or stand all day?

4. Exercise 3 Times A Week

 When you commit to an exercise program (that you enjoy!) you no longer rely too much on feelings. We can't afford to not exercise. I personally think it's better to go to the gym, because being in an exercising environment can motivate you to workout. 5. Brain Dump

 As someone who is really busy your mind is going a mile a minute. Having a place to dump all your ideas and thoughts like in a journal is an excellent choice. Whenever I feel my anxiety rising too high, I head over to journal and 8 out of 10 times my anxiety dissipates. Try my free digital journal for a week.

6. Practice Stillness

 Have you ever "turned off your brain?"... Though it's physically impossible, try to relax your mind to point of not thinking a single thought. This has been priceless in my holistic healing and wellness. I know you have like 5-6 things on your mind at once as well. There was a point in my life where I had like 10-15 things just floating on mind all at once. But practicing stillness has been vital especially after a long day after work.
