That’s where the 5 minute workout can come in:• Jump rope: 1 minute • Jumping jacks: 30 seconds • Air kicks: 30 seconds• Air punches: 30 seconds • Lunges: 30 seconds • Push-ups: 30 seconds • Mountain climbers: 30 seconds • Pose: bodybuilding, warrior or power pose (1 min)
