• Jump rope: 1 minute
• Jumping jacks: 30 seconds
• Air kicks: 30 seconds
• Air punches: 30 seconds
• Lunges: 30 seconds
• Push-ups: 30 seconds
• Mountain climbers: 30 seconds
• Pose: bodybuilding, warrior or power pose (1 min)
